A spacious rehearsal room which can very comfortably fit a large group. Located in the heart of Old Drogheda and looking back over the historic of the Old Abbey, this studio is a spectacular creative setting for your rehearsal and recording.

Empty case storage is available along with storage cages if required.
The studio can be cleared of all equipment if required.

Even the time, effort and hard work they again and again have put into organising and promoting gigs / creating new opportunities for their artists is something you won't find anywhere else.
Over time, because of this, the Abbey has become a real part of who we are as a band and as people and I can’t imagine what our band would be without it.

"Rehearsing in Abbey Lane may not be very religious but it is our Sunday ritual. We have been well looked after for the last number of years and we are proud to be part of a vibrant community in Abbey Lane. From rehearsal room to recording studio to temporary haven from the outside world, we have shared and heard many tales and jokes in the band room. Most importantly, we were given the space to create our own music and got the opportunity to bring it to a wider audience. The best is yet to come.

"I have been writing and performing my own songs for many years and was always asked if I had any recordings or even a cd that I could sell so when I decided it was time to record some of these songs I needed to find a studio where I felt safe in the knowledge that these guys would help me get my material across the way I wanted.
Abbey Lane proved to be a good choice for me as both Eric & Fran worked tirelessly to help me piece together a sound scape for these songs that had only ever been played on 1 guitar till then.
Their expertise at the studio console made it so much easier to build the parts of each track and come up with a finished product that met all my needs.
I have since spent a good deal of time using Abbey Lane as a rehearsal space for a 3 piece band and again Abbey Lane were able to provide any amount of backline I could wish for.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering recording material to use Abbey Lane .
